1. Service and eligibility

These terms apply to your use of the Goalora website and apps. Goalora is the service name used here. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Please read the Privacy Policy and Health and Safety Information with these terms.

Goalora offers tools and content for training, nutrition and habit tracking. Some suggestions are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns.

2. Accounts and use

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information as needed for features to work and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with systems or exploit errors to obtain unauthorized benefits. We may restrict access when needed for safety or to address violations, with notice and an opportunity to contact us where appropriate.

3. Pricing, renewals and refunds

Some features may be free or require a paid plan. The price, plan type, duration, benefits, trial conditions and renewal terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase. The information displayed at purchase and the transaction confirmation govern that transaction; website marketing content does not itself create a payment obligation.

For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, the relevant store manages payment, cancellation of renewal and refund requests under its process, subject to mandatory legal rights. If Goalora offers direct payment, specific cancellation and refund terms will be shown at checkout. Deleting your Goalora account does not automatically cancel a renewing subscription managed by Apple or Google; cancel it through the relevant store.

If a Challenge Pass or service-day reward program becomes available, qualifying rules, reward caps, duration and refund terms will be displayed before purchase. In-app service days or points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Content and changes

Goalora content, software and branding belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the service personally under these terms; this does not permit unauthorized copying, resale or exploitation of content or systems. You retain rights in content you submit and allow Goalora to process it as needed to provide requested features, subject to the Privacy Policy.

We may update features or these terms. We will give appropriate notice of material changes affecting your rights; unfavorable changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases where prohibited by law. If you do not accept updated terms, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.

5. Termination, responsibility and disputes

You may request account deletion using the account deletion instructions. We work to keep the service available and address defects, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every AI suggestion is accurate. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes are handled under applicable law by the competent authority under that law; you can first contact goalora.ai@gmail.com so we can review your concern.
